I am trying to use recovery manager to backup computer but keep getting error 0xe0ef000e. I have tried to backup several times with different file type selections. I tried backing up as follows All Files, All Files except for Pictures, and just Pictures, see the following Recover report. The 2nd choice was successful so do not understand how the destination drive can be the problem. I also ran chkdisk on the C drive but get no errors. There is 377 GB free on the external USB 3.0 drive. Do not understand why I keep getting this error?
