My Hp Support Assistant has SP54931 version 6.1.12.1 installed but fails to install asuppoesdly new version of an application update on starting tune-up. As a result the existing HPSA will be shut down and the HPSA will be wiped out.
I have to go to the recovery manager to get it going after installing updates versions SP46257 and 54931.
Could some one help me get this problem solved?
