You can try the below steps:-
Open your My Computer then open your C:/ drive , open the program files. Look for the Hewlett-Packard folder
open it you should see HP Advisor folder open it and click on the blue I-com with the 2 hands It is the HP Advisor start-up Application. if it starts go into it and make sure you have it set to start at windows start-up. If That's what you want it to do.
