In good faith, I purchased a Deskjet 3000 at a major retailer in Brazil.
The Printer came with Ink Cartridges 61, which are not marketed in Brazil.
On the HP support site, it says that Ink Cartridges 122 are the cartridges to use for the Deskjet 3000.
Ink Cartridges 122 are labeled for use with the DeskJet 3000.
Ink Cartridges 122 are available in Brazil, which in good faith, I also purchased to function with the Deskjet 3000.
Upon installing the Ink Cartridges 122, an error message "Both Cartridges Incompatible" shows up.
Calling the HP support in Brazil, they suggested re-setting the language and region. Which I did.
Now I get the same message in other languages.
What can I do to make the printer function with Ink Cartridges designed to function perfectly with it, with a minimum of bureaucracy and hassle?
