Try this..

If you dont see it programs and features then perform a system restore on the pc.. this will revert all the recent changes made to the OS..

Steps to System Restore -- Start >> seach box ( search programs and files ) >> type system restore >> wait till you get the search results.. >> then open system restore, the first app under programs.>> open sysyem restore and take it back to a date when the pc was working fine
