Its a tuff one..
You have to try the default password for your pc.. Its 1234.. it works in many cases..
If this does not help you then..
You need to reseat the jumpers down on your motherboard.. Jumpers are small mechanical parts on the motherboard.. Removing them and putting them back will fix the issue..
If your pc is in warranty then contact HP at 1800 474 6836..
If out of warranty contact a local to do it for you..
If you wanna try it yourself, then you can.. jumpers would be blue or white in color and looke small blocks with round space in them.. they are about 0.5 cms thick..
