Whats the capacity of hard drive you are trying to install using the recovery discs..

The product specs suggest's that the HDD installed stock when you bought the pc is 1 TB..

And the recovery discs would only work if you have a 1TB HDD...

a downgrade or upgrade in the capacity of HDD will not allow recovery discs to work..

Try any brand 1TB hdd and that should help you..
