I like your solution. However, I followed the previous solution to hide the message. What steps should I now follow to have the benefit of a secure solution? Should I re enable legacy support, reload factory keys and then disable legacy support? Exactly what steps shouldI follow?

Here's what I would do, since we both have the same laptop model:

First of all, did you create a Restore Point before you installed the MS patch that removes the screen message? If you did:

1) Search for Restore,

2) Choose Set a Restore Point.

3) When the Explorer window opens, click on System Restore.

4) Find the Restore Point you created, and click on it to restore your computer to the state it was in before you installed the MS patch.

5) Reboot your laptop and check to see if the message reappears on your Desktop screen. If System Restore did its job, the message should reappear.

6) Follow the instructions above to reset your Bios to activate SecureBoot.

If you did not create a Restore Point:

1) Set a Restore Point now before you make any additional changes to your computer. (This is always a good idea and should be SOP when you make system changes, add or remove programs, etc.)

2) Navigate to Control Panel/Programs and Features. Click the View Installed Updates button.

3) Find the MS  patch you installed earlier (the update number is KB2902864 according to the thread link above. Click on the patch and then click Uniinstall.

4) Turn off the laptop, holding down the Shift key.

5) Restart. Check to see if the message reappears on your laptop. It should if the MS patch has been removed.

6) Follow the procedure above to reboot and reset your Bios to activate SecureBoot.

Please let us know how this works for you and if this solves your issue. Thanks!
