Re: Windows 8.1 upgrade from 8.0 - What to back up

I currently use Windows 8.0 "file history" to back up my documents. My main concern is my Windows Live Mail "storage folders" which are stored in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail. Does anyone know if this backed up by file history or do I need to manually make a backup copy of the storage folder within this Windows Live Mila folder.
