Recovery Disk

Hello.

  I have a HP ENVY touchsmart 15-j050ex , and I wanted to upgrade my laptop system operation to Windows 8.1, but by mistake I lost my partitions and recovery partition of corse before making a recovery image .
I bought my lap from KSA and now I live in Egypt .

I need a solution because my lap isn't working :( .
