Hi:
If your PC came with W8 64 bit, then the recovery partition will only be for Windows 64 bit.
You will have to purchase the W8 32 bit OEM software, and have an extra product key, or borrow a 32 bit W8 OEM disk from someone, if that is possible for you.
I do not know of anywhere you can DL the 32 bit OEM ISO file--only the 64 bit OEM ISO file.
