Whenever I turn on my desktop (windows 7), it shows the hp logo and then goes to a black screen with a blinking underscore. On the hp screen, I could press the 'esc' key and some settings show up. I did a factory settings restore but that still didn't fix the problem. How can I fix this problem? Thank you.
