I am experiencing very high CPU usage on my HP P7-1436.
This machine is running Windows 8 with 8 gig of RAM. According to the Task Manager, the CertUtil.exe is running all the time, using anywhere from 40-60% of the processor. It is also requiring 150 to 250Mb of memory while running. After it finishes, McAfee Service Host will take its place as the top demand on the processor (85%), and then the cycle repeats.
All software is up to date, several virus scans fron three vendors didn't find anything.
