Thanks for your help. I tried to download from the site you included I couldn’t figure out which file to download so to be safe I tried to downloaded both. I get a message which says in the first file this file is not applicable to your computer and in the second case (KB917607-x86.msux) which says this update is already installed on this computer. I have don’t think I have used any 3d party cleaning applications.
