disk clone utilities

Hi everyone...

well, here is the issue:
I've used Norton Ghost 9 to create a disk image for drive C: and a few weeks later I got a disk error that ended up in some bad sectors/clusters.
Can I use the image to reset the system?
Will the image try to overwrite the bad clusters resulting in a useless system once more?
If I get a new image, will it include the bad sectors too?
Is there another clone utility that bypasses the bad sectors?

I'm going to try Macrium reflect free edition. Any suggestions?
