If the license key is not being accepted the cd you used must have been a retail version of XP. Your license key is OEM. The label should actually state that. As mentioned earlier in this thread XP is very picky as to license key, unlike Windows 7. If you can't find an OEM XP cd then you will need to order Recovery Discs.
