I have a question that I am hoping someone can help me with.
I bought a new ENVY HP Touchsmart 15 Notebook 15-J002AX
Started to do the registration process and it froze. So I turned it off.
Now it has been stuck on the DIAGNOSING YOUR PC screen for at least 15 maybe 20 minutes.
Its BRAND NEW!
What do I do?
