Can you provide the full product number only for your PC? Here is a link on finding your product number.
Do you have HP recovery discs? You are going to have to reinstall your operating system using the HP recovery discs.
If you did not create an HP recovery disc set then you may be able to order an HP Recovery Kit from either: HP or Computer Surgeons.
We can determine this option, if needed, when I have the full product number of your PC.
