2 month old computer and operating system crashed, required a full recovery which did not help, instructed to open case and unplug the hard drive, wait, plug back in. This brought the system up but it kept shutting down when coming out of sleep mode. Support turned off sleep mode and seemed ok, until 2 days later and noticed when brought up from sleep mode the system rebooted everytime. Went in and turned off sleep mode 100%. Support indicated not to reload Windows 8.1 due to the issues with it, so I am operating in Windows 8 now. Is this a Windows issue or hardware issue and how do I fix?
