Call me Dee!
I've had this PC 2wks to being 1 year. Now since then I've had an estimated 22 Tech calls or better, now I'm at my witts end before it got bad, I requested that Office Max exchange towers, Pc's etc all of which they refused now once again I'm having problems and all of the Techs, HP techs, HP 3rd party support are unable to get my very expensive toy straightened out, how is it that I can spend all this money to get the coverage I'm told i need and not a single person can get my PC cleaned up and working correctly. my complaints are;
- Upon visiting certain websites the screen will freeze, and not respond to the clicking of the mouse
- Now that I have paid for the clean up of my PC, upon moving to another website, I get an anlog box? which asks to close all tabs or current tabs?
- I have now requested a total of six times to have my PC restore back to the original factory settings thinking that this would either cure or kill it, one way or the other
- at the time of this message being written, I'm very unhappy with my Computer, I just wanted one that worked and have yet to get it, this PC has spent more down time, than a snow bunny with a broken leg! I'd like to just exchange my tower or get my PC reconditioned, because apparently I'm not the only one who doesn't know what they're doing!
- On the days when I do get my pc to cooperate, I had a lot of pop-ups, malware, viruses, security risk, and times when my pc would go back to the last page I worked on before moving on.
