Recently, HP Advisor has stopped working.
I have a four year old HP Pavilion desktop (64 bit) that runs on Windows 7. Normally, the HP Advisor automatically opened when I started my computer. When the trouble first began, I received the dreaded blue screen. I powered everything down for 30 minutes,. After restart, the blue screen no longer appeared. However, every time I start my computer, I receive a message that HP Advisor has stopped working and that Windows was attempting to resolve the matter.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
