I have a HP pavilion 20 all-in-one, Windows 8. I forgot my password.. Didn't know what to do at the time... Warranty expired last month! So you have to buy to speak to someone!! So a page popped up to back up data and reset to factory settings, so I did so, I think the process may have been interrupted. When I turn on the computer the hp logo loads for a few seconds then it goes to a black screen! I tried everything I could on this site, forums, to get my computer working, but nothing happens. A error code pops up when I press F8 upon start up 0xc0000001. Another thing happens sometimes too, it says that windows failed to install, press ok to restart computer. When that happens the computer just does the same thing. The power light is on when the power is on. Please help me I don't have a disk to recover.
