...I need immediate action........yesterday I did factory reset my laptop because of some problem I was facing....anyways after the reset everything was going well until I downloaded " Windows Update Assistance" there I checked whether my laptop is ready for windows 8.1 or not. after checking my system it gave two driver need to update one of them was "Bluetooth" after updating that when I restarted my laptop then when I went back to setting>wireless and Bluetooth then I saw that my Bluetooth button became fade and I cant turn it on ......why this is happening ??? then I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it from recovery but still its not working ..........my query is do I have to reset my laptop again????? I am fed up now with this problems ....
