As you're getting this message on startup, it looks like the HP Advisor application is trying to start every time you start Windows, and failing. Try launching HP Advisor manually and see if the application is still working. If it is, you should be able to set the option to automatically start it up on Windows startup from within the application.
If it still continues to give you an error, or if you're unable to launch HP Advisor manually, it's probably been corrupted and you should remove it from Programs and Features in Control panel and install the latest version. You can download the same from here:
