I see that your desktop is not able to detect the hard disk during the boot sequence, and I would be happy to help you! To begin, I will need to ask you a few questions:
- What is the Product and Model Number of your desktop?
- What was the version of Windows that you upgraded from?
- Do you recall the full error message displayed on the screen when you power the computer on?
- If you start your computer up in Safe Mode, are you able to log onto your computer without an error message?
