HI everyone.
I have been using an HP 720C for quite a while, obviously, and have always had good results. Now, having upgraded from windows XP I went on to a windows 8.1 system with a 64 bit processor. When I attached the HP 720 C to the computer via the usb socket, the computer sees the printer, but won't print anything...its so frustrating.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstatalling. Nothing seems to work. Now I gather from the forums that HP have to do a patch to allow windows 8.1 to "see" and use my hp 720 C properly, but have not done so. Is this correct and does anybody out there have any information about how to get my hp 720C working on my windows 8.1 64 bit system?
Thanks for your attention and hopefully your help. I would be most grateful if this mess could be sorted, or perhaps I am being too wishful and should pack my bags on hp printers. What do you think?
