- What is the Product and Model Number of your desktop computer?
- Do you have the full feature printer software installed on your computer?
- Which printer are you trying to examine the ink levels of?
In the meantime, if you still need to check the ink levels of your computer you can try using the HP Print and Scan Doctor. This should help determine how much ink is left in your printer's cartridges.
