Maybe I didn't explain my self well. When I start my computer with the start button while it is booting up I have two options. One is the log in as administrated or let it open into the family side of the computer. The family side of the computer dosen't reconnize any device or printers, the green scale at the top of the window just keeps scrolling across the top. But if I log into the administration side it shows all thedevices and printers. Thanks
