I understand that you are having some troubles with Adobe Acrobat X.  Was this ordered with the system at the time of ordering it or was it purchased and installed after ordering it?

 

If it was purchased at the time of order and it was ordered from HP, you can check to see if the program is available for reinstallation in the recovery manager.  This can be done by going to Start, search for recovery manager, and opening the recovery manager result.  Once the recovery manager is opened, select the software install option.  Click next on the prompt and review the list for the program.  If the program is listed, then you can reinstall it from the recovery manager.  If it is not listed, you can try looking in the c:\swsetup folder as most of the pre-installed software is located there.
