Hi:

 

It has been said that it is not recomended to defragment the recovery partition.

Also the fact that it is 6% fragmented has no effect on the operation of the notebook.

 

The recovery partition is an image file. That is basically one giant blob of a file that can't be defragmented because it can't be broken down and moved.
