Below is the link to the SATA drivers you need.  XP 32 bit is the second file listed.

You can use this info to slipstream those drivers if you don't already know how to do so.

Read the Intel section and then read the downloadable document for slipstreaming all of the drivers.

 

If you are using a usb FDD to install the driver at the F6 prompt, then you need to use the Up/Down arrow keys to scroll to and select the Intel(R) Desktop/Workstation/Server Express Chipset SATA AHCI Controller from the list.
