I am trying to print coupons and it says I have to have java downloaded so I did this and it says it is already loaded but won't print any coupons and I get a window saying to load java. What could be wrong and where can I see all my applications like my old computer had with windows professional. I'm still having troble navigating around windows 8 like most people are. I am not that computer savy so please be patient with me. And yes I did restart my computer like it said to no avail.
