Your client's HP Pavilion p6310y Desktop Computer is the same as my HP Pavilion p6320y Desktop Computer, except for the CPU, RAM, and wireless card. The normal drive assignments are C\:Windows OS, D\:Factory Image, E:\DVD-RW, and F - I for the card reader.

1) Why there are two FI drives? Is the computer stock or has another drive been added??? Has a recovery been done in the past??? What sizes (in GB) are these drives (partitions)??? How many physical drives are connected to the computer???

2) What may be causing the low disk space on the H drive? Some program, software, or process is writing data to the H: drive / partition.

3)  Can I delete or clear off one of these images and if so, which one?Maybe... please provide more information as requested above. The best thing to do may be to backup their data, completely format the drive, and recover the computer to a factory like state. This will return the computer to its proper configuration.

If HP Recovery Discs haven't already been made, please create them at this time.
