I hadn't found any success in fixing the issues I previously encountered a little while back so I've left it alone up until this point. I'll most likely take your advice and give the "PC-Doctor Toolbox for Windows" a shot but I was hoping that we could hear from "Professor Vidya" or any other experts associated with HP before moving ahead.
