I see that you have the Truckee motherboard in your PC. I have the same in one of my PCs. Depending on the revision level of the motherboard in your PC, you might have a bad motherboard. You should be able to find lots of posts out here about the Truckee motherboard.
Be sure that your PC is running the latest bios. Yes, it's a problem if you can't boot up Windows. Boot into the bios and disable the 1394 port and then try the recovery process as I have recommended. Be sure that the SATA mode in the bios is set to AHCI as required by most SSDs.
You can always buy support if your PC is not under warranty. I wouldn't buy it if they don't understand the problem. I don't know if level 1 would even know about the Truckee motherboard problem and history.
