Again, there is NO physical HP location to purchase parts from. If you bought a Best Buy warranty, Best Buy is responsible. Best Buy should have a record of the purchase and the purchase of their extended warranty. The number you have provided, appears to be the battery part number.
Again contact Best Buy for extended warranty service. Otherwise, you will need to disassemble the laptop to locate the system board part number and order it from the previously provided HP Parts Store.
