We just had 2 x HP4300 SFF desktops delivered and they have Win7 Pro 64 Bit pre installed. We need to downgrade them to Win7 Pro 32 Bit. They come with the CDs to do this however there are only 2 CDs for Win7 Pro 32 bit and during the installation process the software requests CD 3.
As neither carton contains CD 3 i am guessing this is a production issue.
Can somone from HP please upload the media to an FTP site or similar as this is extremely urgent and we don't have time to wait for CDs to be posted.
