I'm sorry you're running into this blue screen issue. I would be glad to help you with it.
If you could provide me with the minidump file it would give me a lot of information on what exactly is causing the blue screen. You could navigate to C:\Windows\minidump. You'll need to upload the most recent .dmp file to a third party site, (like sendspace.com or any of these others since the HP forums do not allow this type of file upload. Just provide me with a link to whichever site you choose so that I can take a look at the .dmp file.
