I'm sorry you're running into this issue with Help and Support. 

The two logos look very similar for Microsoft Help and Support and HP Support Assistant.

The way to get to Microsoft Help and Support is 

1. Click the Start button

2. Type 'help'

3. Click 'Help and Support'
