For the error message that the print head is not intended for this printer. I have included the following document 'An 'Incompatible Printhead,' 'Printhead Missing or Damaged,' or 'Printhead Problem' Error Message Displays on the Printer's Control Panel'. Please follow through the steps in order for the best possible result.
