Windows 7 (64bit) drivers for HP mini 210-4000CtO

HP mini 210-4000CTO with Intel N2800 CPU and Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3600 Series and Intel Chipset NM10.

The CPU can use 64bit and 4GB memory from reading at Intel. The RAM is made by Kingston - KTT1066D3/4G yet more companies can make a 4GB RAM for this Computer.

After Windows 7 (64bit) was installed, I noticed It would not load to login Screen. Then  I noticed a Norton Internet Security CD or Windows CD and Optical drive, that someway lWindows would load to the Login Screen. Now I only needed Ethernet, Video, and Wireless, yet you need the Audio that came with it and On Screen Display and a few others. I can install the activation key, and Windows Updates, therefore almost everything is installed.

I have few problems -  not able to boot into Windows without assist of a CD and Optical Drive, the mute button light, and WiFi  button light will not go off and on, its always on.

When I lacked the Video Drivers and tried some  - the Video drivers error is: The computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software, setup will exit. Hard to find because Intel does not have them yet - because its a Intel N2800 its not written for it, someone one on the internet, from India wrote what I found for it.

After power up, with external optical drive installed, press ESC, then F9, to boot to Windows Login Screen, with Norton CD or Windows 7 (64bit) CD.  I wait untill it writes "Press any key..." not press any key, then remove CD,  its ready to load to windows by itself.

How does my Windows 7 (64bit) CD or Norton Internet Security CD allow my Netbook to boot to Windows Login Screen? My guess is: its BIOS related or  software lacking.

The HP mini 210-2177nr, will boot to windows Login Screen, yet will not enter because error is: C:\Windows\System 32\SysWow64\explorer.exe yet its real location is C:\Windows\SysWow64\explorer.exe and wrote explorer.exe is unsupported as being 16bit software.
