Well I have a windows 7 HP G62 Notebook and its a 64-bit operating system. And I used the windows back up. That was all I was allowed to do with the state my computer was in at the time. I just followed what it told me to do. I just insterted disc after disc until it was done. Then I restored it to factory setting. After it was done, I went to put in disc #1 and then it loaded and then went on to #2 and waited for that and then it popped out for disc #3 and then it wouldn't do anything.
