No changes were made to my system when this happened

Just as the title says, I accidentally deleted the portal file in HP_Recovery D:

I deleted it because I thought I might've been silly enough to try to backup my Portal game for some odd reason, so I deleted it. Now I'm getting worried that I deleted a critical file that is needed to recover my system to factory condition.

The filepath of it was HP_Recovery D> Desktop> Portal

Is there anyway I can get back that file?

Note: The portal file (Its icon was a yellow file which you can store things in) that I deleted had another file in it which was named 'Desktop' with the icon of two blue cogs on a blank paper.

Thankyou, please help I dont want to be wasting money everytime I need to get it to be restored to factory condition by bringing it to the repair shop.
