Bit of a trivial question but it is bugging me and I am determined to solve it.
I have a HP officejet 6500A installed on my old desk top computer running on Vista and have now installed it on my new desktop running Windows 7.
I have an HP icon on my old computer that when opened shows shortcuts to scanner actions, fax actions and ink levels plus several others. When I open the same icon on my new computer all it shows is Connect New Printer or Add new software.
Any suggestions please?
