Need help with online purchase

I had a problem with my HP Pavilion Elite HPE and ordered recovery CDs online.  They arrived and turns out they were the wrong build. 

 

I called the tech support number from the material in the package.  They could not help me

 

They had me me call HP Parts and followed the selections to tower PCs.  They were going to send me the right CDs but then found out that these can only be ordered online.  They told me I would need to buy a new set of CD's.  I told them that since it failed last time why would it work this time.  They had not answer.

 

They transferred me to order fulfillment (I think).  The lady there almost immediately said she needed to transfer me to HP tower parts.  I told her they had just transferred me to her and could not help me but she insisted repeatedly that I had to talk to them.  She said her manager had left for the day.  As I tried to explain that I had just been sent from that group, she cut me off and transferred me in the middle of my sentence.

 

I was told there is no way to talk to anyone about an order from HP online.  My email confirmation does not have any contact information.   I tried the tech support and billing inquiries phone numbers that were included in the packaging.  I have not found a link to a number or online support for problems with online purchases on the HP.com website.

 

All I want are the right recovery CD's.  Can anyone help?
